Rapeseed is a forage brassica plant that is used most often for deer food plots and for livestock grazing. Rapeseed is a fast growing brassica that is cold and drought tolerant. Rape grows large green leaves that are loaded with nutrients. The leaves become more attractive to deer after a frost as they get sweeter.
