Fast shipping, excellent communication. 2nd order from these fellas. Product was what we expected and has already been planted. Much thanks!
My delivered package of RC Big Rock consisted of pure seed, containing no inert material as visible through the clear plastic container. This was my second purchase from TnT and won't be my last!
It’s been super dry here in Illinois so I’m sure we didn’t get the growth we were supposed to out of this mix. Customer service is awesome. Quality of the seed has always been great.
I planted this for the first year in a 2 acre plot and the deer love it!! Sat on plot opening day of bow in northern Michigan and had 17 deer out there.
Incredibly fast germination with a very high rate as well. I won’t go 10lbs to the acre next time, maybe 6-8. I have a solid stand of beautiful switchgrass coming on. Planted at the end of May and it’s knee high by the end of July.
This is the perfect mix of clover and chicory. Planted it last spring and had deer hitting it by midsummer straight through fall and into the winter, digging through the snow to get to it. It is incredibly deer resistant as a grows back quickly even with heavy grazing. I had a nice buck last year that must have been betting really close because he would be in there three times during the day and three times throughout the night, almost every night, my dad got him on Halloween. And come this spring It was the very first vegetation to green up on my property. We got a lot of rain late spring and the weeds shot up in the plot, I mowed it once down to about 6 in and the chicory and clover grew back in a hurry without the weeds. I would definitely buy this again in fact I'm probably going to be buying more this fall for another location. Great company, awesome seed mixes to choose from.
I've planted this stuff in a few different locations over the past two years. I've never had a switchgrass get so tall. This stuff gets taller in the first year than the older varieties do in 3. This will always be used on all my properties.
